摘要
苗种是农业生产活动的基本物质资料,是影响农业产量与农民收入的关键要素之一。推广和使用新的苗种技术是推动农业可持续发展、提高农民收入的重要手段。然而在现实农技推广中,有诸多因素阻碍着农民采用新的苗种技术。论文以2012年我国全雌化牙鲆苗种推广调研数据为例,运用Probit模型分析了农户苗种购买意愿影响因素。研究结果表明,决策者的性别、受教育年限、风险类型、其他支出、成活率、是否从事其他非养殖生产活动、苗种了解度、参与相关技术培训的牙鲆养殖户占村牙鲆养殖户的比例这八个因素对农户苗种购买意愿有正向影响;决策者的年龄、养殖面积、固定人工支出、临时人工支出、养殖周期这五个因素对农户苗种购买意愿有负向影响。基于研究结论,论文提出了建立健全农技推广体系,提高农民素质,扩大试验范围,减少风险等主要对策建议。
Fry is the basic material for agricultural activities, and is the key to affecting agricultural production and smallholders' income. Extended and new fry technology is an important means to promoting the sustainable development of agriculture and increasing smallholders' income. However, in the reality of agricultural extension, there are many factors hampering smallholders to adopt extended and new fry technology. The study utilizes the research data of all-female Paralichthys olivaceus fries collected in 2012, use Probit model to analyze the influencing factors of smallholders' fry purchase intention. Our analysis reveals that gender, schooling years, risk classification, other expenditure, survival rate, whether engaged in non-cultured productive activity, understanding of fry and peasant participation ratio of Paralichthys olivaceus technical training have positive effect on smallholders' fry purchase intention. And age, culture area, fixed labor cost, temporary labor cost and culture cycle have negative on smallholders' fry purchase intention. Basic on this conclusion, this study suggests that we should establish and improve agricultural technology extension system, improve the quality of smallholders, expand the test range and reduce risk occurs.
