非熔渣-熔渣氧气分级气化技术探讨

Investigation of non slag-slag oxygen grading gasification technique

摘要 煤气化技术是煤制甲醇工艺过程的核心。本文借助PROⅡ模拟软件对非熔渣-熔渣氧气分级气化技术进行了探讨,包括关键工艺参数对煤浆制备和气化操作的影响,烧嘴和排渣系统等关键设备及水煤浆、氧气、黑水及灰水等关键管线的设计等问题,为非熔渣-熔渣氧气分级气化装置的设计提供了重要依据。研究表明,氧煤比显著影响炉温和合成气的组成。随着变换冷凝液流量的增加,洗涤塔出口合成气水气比逐渐降低。增加灰水循环量和降低灰水温度均可降低洗涤塔出口合成气的水气比。排渣系统循环操作周期可以依据锁斗的容积进行适当的调整。 The coal gasification technology is the core for coal to methanol process. In this paper, by means of PRO II, the non slag-slag oxygen grading gasification technique is investigated. The effect of key process parameters on slurry preparation and gasifier operation, the key equipment design including spray, hopper and key pipe design such as slurry, oxygen, black water and gray water have been discussed, which provide important basis for the design of non slag-slag oxygen grading gasification equipments. The results showed that oxygen coal ratio significantly affect furnace temperature and the composition of synthesis gas. The water-gas ratio of the washing tower outlet synthesis gas decreased with increasing condensate flow. Increasing gray water circulation and reducing gray water temperature can both decrease the water gas ratio of the washing tower outlet synthesis gas. Slag discharge system operation cycle can make an appropriate adjustments according to the hopper volume.
