摘要
在多级串联理想混合流反应器中进行1/2级不可逆反应时,可用作图法和代数法求出各段反应器的出口浓度。但作图法不够精确,代数法求解又较为繁琐,而且,当反应器个数很多时,上述2种方法则无能为力。本文考虑以上2种方法的不足,就具体实例,开发了另外1种方法,即依据第N段反应器的出口浓度的表达式,利用C++语言编制程序,通过该程序能够快速求出每1段反应器的出口浓度,结果与代数法计算结果基本一致。该法具有简便、精确、高效以及通用的优点,不仅在多级串联理想混合流反应器的设计中具有重要应用价值,而且在实际的化学工业生产中也具有重要意义。
On the multiple mixed flow reactors in series for a half-order irreversible reaction, the output concentration of evening reactor can be solved by algebra and plotting way. However, the former is more complicated, and the later is not accurate enough. Furthermore, it can't be calculated by two methods when the number of mixed flow reactor is lots of. A new method which overcame the shortcoming of the previous methods. The names that a program is developed in C++ according to the iterative formula, which can calculate the output concentration of each reactor quickly, the result of the running program being perfectly consistent with the calculating result. Moreover, the method is convenient, quick and accurate, and that it can increase the computing efficiency. It is not only practical in the design of multiple mixed flow reactors in series but also important in the production of the chemical industry. Therefore, the method of computer programming is worth of generalization.
