采油井筒内脱接器中心杆的结构优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 键式脱接器是大泵机械采油中的一种作业工具,主要用于井内抽油杆与抽油泵的脱开和对接。它将键和弹簧爪相结合,由上接头和下接头两部分组成,包括导向接头、弹簧爪、中心杆、锁套、锁紧螺母和弹簧等。工作时中心杆由于主要承受转矩,会出现扭断,严重影响油田的稳定生产。文中利用有限元方法分析了中心杆的应力和变形情况,进行了二次设计,得到一种新结构,并对中心杆的结构尺寸做了进一步优化设计。 Key type on-off connector is a working tool for large pump in mechanical oil production, which is mainly used to un- couple a,ad docking between the sucker rod and pump in the well. It combines the key with the spring, and has both the upper part anti the lower part, including guiding joint, spring claw, a centre rod, a lock sleeve, lock nut and spring etc. During the eourse of the work, the centre rod bears the main torque, and can be twist- ed off. As the resuh, the stable oil production is seriously affected. In this paper, finite element method is applied to make the analy- sis of the center rod stress and deformation. The second design about the center rod is can'ied on, anti a kind of new structure is obtained. At the end, the structural dimension of the center rod is further optimized.
