P300评估抑郁症的病程与认知功能障碍的相关性

The Correlation between the Course of Depression and Cognitive Dysfunction by P300 Assessment

目的 采用事件相关电位P300的改变来研究抑郁症患者的病程与认知功能障碍的相关性.方法 对40～ 50岁年龄段的115例抑郁症患者,以病程＞2年为标准分为两组进行事件相关电位研究.结果 ＞2年抑郁症患者组P300潜伏期较＜2年组延长（U=3.15,P＜0.05）,P300波幅较＜2年组降低（U=4.79,P＜0.001）.结论 抑郁症患者的病程越长、认知功能损害程度越严重.

Objective To study the relationship between course of patients with depression and cognitive dysfunction by the change of event-related potentials P300. Methods A total of 115 patients with depression in 40 - 50 years old, Duration 〉 2 years were divided into two groups as the standard for event-related potential study. Results P300 latency of patients with depression whose duration 〉 2 years was longer than that of patients whose duration 〈 2 years group （ U = 3. 15, P 〈 0.05 ）, but their P300 amplitude was shorter （ U = 4. 79,P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion Course of patients with depression is positively correlated to cognitive dysfunction.
