摘要
目的探讨企业管理人员工作连通行为、心理脱离和工作—家庭冲突之间的关系。方法采用工作连通行为量表、心理脱离量表和工作—家庭冲突量表,对288名企业管理人员进行调查。结果①相关分析表明,工作连通行为与工作—家庭冲突的时间(r=0.26,P<0.01)和精力(r=0.22,P<0.01)维度显著正相关,心理脱离与时间(r=-0.39,P<0.01)和精力(r=-0.29,P<0.01)维度显著负相关;②线性回归分析表明,心理脱离在工作连通行为与时间冲突(β=0.22,P<0.01)和精力冲突(β=0.16,P<0.05)之间均起部分中介作用。结论工作连通行为可以通过心理脱离预测工作—家庭冲突。
Objective To explore the role of psychological detachment in the relationship between work connectivity behavior after- hours and work--family conflict. Methods A total of 288 enterprise managers were investigated by a questionnaire which consisted of Work Connectivity Behavior After-hours Scale, Psychological Detachment Scale as well as Work--Family Conflict Scale. Results ①Cor- relation analysis showed that work connectivity behavior after-hours had significantly positive correlation with time (r = 0.26, P 〈 0. O1 ) and energy( r = 0.22 ,P 〈 0. O1 )dimensions of work--family conflict, and psychological detachment was negatively correlated with time ( r = -0. 39 ,P 〈 0.01 ) and energy( r = -0.29 ,P 〈 0.01 ) conflicts.②Linear regression analysis showed that psychological detachment had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between work connectivity behavior after-hours and time( β = 0.22 ,P 〈 0. 01 )as well as en- ergy ( β = 0.16,P 〈 0.05 ) dimensions. Conclusion Work connectivity behavior after-hours can affect work--family conflict through psy- chological detachment.
