大学生生活事件、认知情绪调节与心理弹性的关系 被引量:66

摘要 目的以大学生为被试,探讨认知情绪调节在生活事件与心理弹性之间的中介作用。方法采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLES)、认知情绪调节问卷(CERQ)、青少年心理弹性量表对582名大学生进行测量。结果①消极认知情绪调节策略与生活事件正相关(r=0.351,P<0.01),与心理弹性负相关(r=-0.440,P<0.01)。积极认知情绪调节策略与生活事件负相关(r=-0.094,P<0.05),与心理弹性正相关(r=0.301,P<0.01);②生活事件和认知情绪调节对心理弹性均有预测作用,积极认知情绪调节策略(F=61.92,P<0.01)和消极认知情绪调节策略(F=82.92,P<0.01)在生活事件对心理弹性的影响中均有部分中介作用。结论生活事件可以直接影响心理弹性,也可以通过认知情绪调节策略间接影响心理弹性。 Objective To explore the mediating effect of cognitive emotion regulation on the relationship between life events and re- silience among college students. Methods ASLES (Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check List), CERQ (Cognitive Emotion Regula- tion Questionnaire)and the Adolescent Resilience Scale were administered to 582 college students. Results ① Significantly positive correlation was found between negative cognitive emotion regulation and life events (r = 0.351, P 〈 0.01 ), while the correlation betweert negative cognitive emotion regulation and resilience was negative ( r = -0.440, P 〈 0.01 ) ; Significantly negative correlation emerged be~ tween positive cognitive emotion regulation and life events( r =-0. 094, P 〈 0.05 ), while the correlation between positive cognitive emo- _ tion regulation and resilience was positive ( r = 0. 301, P 〈 0.01 ) ; ②Positive cognitive emotion regulation ( F = 61.92, P 〈 0.01 ) had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between life events and resilience, so as negative cognitive emotion regulation( F = 82.92 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Life events influences resilience directly, and influences resilience indirectly through cognitive emotion regulation.
