摘要
从功能定位、总平面布置、运用检修工艺流程、主要设施等方面阐述上海轨道交通川杨河车辆基地的工艺设计,重点阐述在多条线路资源共享情况下的工艺设计特点。三线资源共享应以"先网络,后单线"为原则,结合各线的网络规划、功能定位、建设时序等因素,明确具体资源共享的内容,明确三线的界面划分,实现在检修设备设施、综合维修、物资仓储、生活办公设施等方面的资源共享。
This paper illustrated the process design of Chuanyanghe rolling stock base of Shanghai urban rail transit, from functional orientation, overall plan, process flow of operation and maintenance, main facility and other relevant aspects. And emphatically, this paper elaborated the characteristics of process design under the condition of multiple-line resource sharing. Then this paper came to the conclusion:the specific contents of three-line resource sharing as well as their interface dividing should be clearly determined based on the principle of“network having priority over single line”, and should be combined with each line's network planning, functional orientation, construction's sequence and other factors, so as to achieve three-line resource sharing in terms of the inspection and repairing facility, comprehensive maintenance facility, material storage facility, the living and working facility, etc.
