摘要
特大城市中新生代农民工群体的社会流动有其内在根源与特定路径,职业分类、生活方式与代际分化促使其形成不同于初代农民工的身份认同与融入意愿,其流动路径的形成源自于其城乡生活经验的内在身体化,而更深层次的影响因素在于"流动性"所带来的地域文化差异体验与"新家乡"情感意识的自我建构。新生代农民工治理策略在于分类考察不同职业打工者的日常生活,研究其社会融入的意愿动机、生活经历、群体组织以及社会交往等,在此基础上探寻如何重塑城市社会信任体系与文化价值观念认同,从而对保障新生代农民工生活的福利政策、文化生活、社会组织之间的关联条件与协调作用重新予以思考。
Social mobility of the new generation of migrant workers group in a large city has its underlying causes and specific path. Occupation classification, life style and the intergenerational differentiation prompted them to form different from the first migrant workers' identity and into the intention, the flow path is derived from their rural life experience the inner body construction, then the influence factors of deeper is the regional cultural differences caused mobility experience and new home emotional awareness. The new generation of migrant workers in the governance strategy study of different occupation workers' daily life, study them into the society of motivation, life experiences, social organization and social contacts, on this basis to explore how to reshape the city social trust system and cultural values identification, rethink to correlation conditions and coordination role between to guarantee the new generation of migrant workers living in welfare policy, life culture, social organization.
