摘要 新媒体传播有着传统媒体无法比拟的优势,这使其在危机传播中扮演了十分重要的角色。新媒体是危机潜伏期的"预警者"、危机爆发期的"信息源"、危机蔓延期的"扩散体"、危机模糊期的"辟谣者"、危机结束后的"反思者"。发挥危机传播中新媒体的舆论引导功能,应加强新媒体与政府的互动,及时公开信息,反映真实舆论;加强新老媒体的融合,强化危机传播的效果;将舆论引导的优质化与社会主义的法治化相结合,发挥法律规范的功用。 New media has incomparable advantages of traditional media, which plays a very important role in crisis communication. New media is the "Caution" of the incubation period of the crisis, the "Origin" of crisis period, the "Spreader" of contagion, the "Traverser" of the vague term, the "Autocriticism" after the crisis. To play functions of new media in crisis communication to guide public opinion, we should strengthen the interaction of new media and the government, timely disclosure of information reflecting the true opinion; strengthen the integration of old and new media, the strengthen the effect of crisis communication; the quality of the socialist rule of law to guide public opinion combined to play the function of legal norms.
