高效液相色谱-质谱法测定动物源性食品中六溴环十二烷和四溴双酚A 被引量:4

Determination of Hexabromocyclododecane and Tetrabromobisphenol A in Animal Derived Food by HPLC-MS/MS

摘要 建立了同时测定六溴环十二烷(HBCD)和四溴双酚A(TBBPA)的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。考察了不同前处理方法对检测结果的影响,实验结果表明,手动填充酸化硅胶柱可解决TBBPA回收率偏低和不能同时分析的问题。该方法 HBCD三种异构体α-HBCD、β-HBCD和γ-HBCD的检测限和定量限分别为30.6、102.0pg/g,9.5、31.7pg/g和17.4、58.0pg/g(以脂肪计);TBBPA的检测限和定量限分别为30.9、103.0pg/g(以脂肪计)。样品的回收率为89.1%~114.0%,并运用标准物质对建立的方法进行了验证。 A method for simultaneous determination of hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) and tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA) by HPLC-MS/MS was established. The influence of different sample preparation on the purification effect was investigated. The results showed that the silica gel column could overcome the low recovery ratio and realize the simultaneous determination of HBCD and TBBPA. The limit of detection and quantitation of α-HBCD,β-HBCD and γ-HBCD were 30.6 and 102 pg/g,9.5 and 31.7 pg/g, 17.4 and 58 pg/g, respectively. The limit of detection and quantitation of TBBPA were 30.9 and 103 pg/g,respectively. The recovery of this method was 89. 1%-114.0%.
