摘要
采用共聚焦光学结构,以高强度365nm UV-LED为激发光源,设计了一种新型UV-LED诱导荧光检测器。以荧光增白剂OB为样品,对该检测器进行了性能评价,基线噪声为0.052mV,漂移为0.094mV/h,检出限(S/N=3)达3.0×10-12g/mL,线性范围达3个数量级,日内和日间保留时间、峰高和峰面积的重现性(RSD)均小于1%(n=5);以黄曲霉毒素M1为分析对象,检出限(S/N=3)为1.8×10-10g/mL。测试结果说明该荧光检测器与商品化检测器性能相当,可用于环境、食品和生物等样品的痕量分析。
A novel high power UV-LED-induced fluorescence detector is designed with the principle of confocal optical configuration. A 365 nm UV-LED is used as the excitation light source. Using fluorescent brightener OB as the evaluation sample,the noise and drift levels of this detector are 0. 052 mV and 0. 094 mV/h, the detection limit(S/N= 3) is 3.0 × 10-12 g/mL, the linear dynamic range can reach 3 orders of magnitude and the relative standard deviations(RSD) of retention time,peak height and peak area are less than 1% (n = 5), respectively. When aflatoxin M1 is used as the sample, the detection limit(S/N=3) is 1.8 × 10-10g/mL detected by a high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) with the proposed detector. The testing results illustrate that the UV-LED-induced fluorescence detector exhibits similar performances compared with the fluorescence detector, which is applicable for trace sample analysis of environment, foodstuff and biology.
