模式:趋向高等教育现代化的行为手段——兼论西藏高等教育现代化模式

Mode: Behavior Method towards Modernization of Higher Education ——A Discussion on Mode of Higher Education Modernization of Tibet

高等教育现代化模式,既是一种手段化的行为趋向,又是模范化了的活动方式。模式由于揭示了实现教育现代化目标的方法、措施、途径等,因而为人们趋向教育现代化目标的行为提供了一般的手段。本文阐述了高等教育现代化模式的内涵、类型,对西藏高等教育现代化模式作了深入分析,并概括为后发外生型、目标发展型、政府推动型、双重任务型、重心偏低型和切入现代教育思想观念型等6种模式。
