容积旋转调强放疗与常规放疗在早期乳腺癌保乳术后的疗效 被引量:22

摘要 目的:通过观察比较容积旋转调强放疗与常规放疗技术应用在早期乳腺癌保乳术后的疗效及毒副反应,评价两种放射治疗方法在临床应用的效果。方法:回顾性分析2008年9月至2012年8月在我院住院,确诊为Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌接受保乳手术93例患者的临床资料,根据放射治疗方式的不同,分为容积调强组(45例)和常规放疗组(48例),比较两组患者的局部控制率、生存率、乳房美容效果和放疗期间的毒副反应等。结果:两组患者均顺利完成放疗,容积调强组的局部控制和生存情况与常规放疗组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);容积调强组的美容和副反应情况与常规放疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌保乳术后行容积旋转调强放疗比常规放疗的乳房美容效果好、副反应轻,患者均能按计划完成放疗,保证了高的生存率和局部控制率,具有很好的应用前景。
