摘要
白口铸铁的韧性与其组织中碳化物的数量,形貌和分布很有大关系。本文通过变质处理,使低铬白口铸铁中的碳化物由连续的网状及粗大的板状转变为断开的不规则块状,冲击韧性由6J/cm^2左右上升到10J/cm^2以上。本文还对变质机理作了初步探讨。
The toughness of white cast rion connect with the amount, morphology anddistribution of the carbides in the structure.In the paper, the carbides of lowchromium white cast iron are changed from continued, coarse planks to discont-inued rods or bits and the impact toughness (sharpy toughness) of the ironcan increase from about 6. 0J/cm^2 to over 10. 0J/cm^2. The attempt is also made to discuss the modification mechanisms of the iron.
