摘要 本文利用全过程分析方法,分析了水泥生产各工序的节能潜力及目前常用的节能技术。在磨粉工序,电耗节约潜力较大,可根据地域、气候等条件选择立磨或辊压机系统;在熟料工序,煤耗节约潜力较大,可推广以悬浮预热和预分解技术为核心的新型干法水泥熟料生产技术,单位热耗与其他主要技术相比,降低28%以上;在能量回收利用方面,基于双压有机朗肯循环的中低温余热发电在目前具有可行性和可靠性,卡林纳循环余热利用技术可作为今后的发展方向。 The energy -saving potential during cement production process and the widely applied energy -saving technologies were systematically analyzed. In the milling process, electricity consumption has larger saving potential, and vertical mill or roller press system is recommended according to territories, climate and other conditions. In the clinker process, coal consumption has larger saving potential, and dry process based on suspension preheater and precalciner technology could be extended. The specific heat consumption could be reduced at least 28% compared with other major technologies. In energy recy- cling, the low -temperature cogeneration based on dual pressure rankine cycle is feasible and reliable at present, and karine cycle cogeneration technology could be used in future.
