摘要
本方案主要是采用蓄热式氧化炉(简称RTO)处理SBS生产过程中产生的有机废气,通过把有机废气加热分解成CO2和H2O。相比传统的有机废气处理工艺,RTO处理有机废气效率高,污染物排放少,同时,节省了燃料的消耗。
The project mainly adopts the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) dealing with organic waste gas generated in the SBS production process, by decomposing the organic waste gas heating into CO2 and H20. RTO deals with organic waste gas with high efficiency and reducing emissions Meanuchile it saves the Natural gas compared with the technology of traditional organic waste gas treatment.
