随着水利信息化的发展,水利数据中心的地位日益凸显,标准化是水利信息化的基础。针对水利数据中心技术标准与行政规章稍显滞后的问题,简要分析水利信息化及水利数据中心的技术标准现状与主要需求,讨论水利数据中心技术标准规章的基本框架和实施策略,阐述广东省水利数据中心的标准化实践,实际应用表明,水利数据中心技术标准体系及标准化策略是可行和有效的,可为全国各级水利数据中心的建设与运行管理提供参考。

With the development of water resources informatization, the status of water resources data center becomes increasingly prominent, and the standardization is the foundation of the water resources informatization. In view of the slight lag of the technical standards and administrative rules for water resources data center, this paper introduces the present situation and main needs of technical standards for water resources informatization and the water resources data center, discusses the basic framework of technical standards and implementation strategies for the water resources data center, and expounds the related practice in Guangdong water resources data center. Applications show that the technical standard system and standardization strategy of the water resources data center are feasible and effective, may provide appropriate reference for the construction and operation management of the national water resources data center at all levels.
