摘要
国家所有制之所以能取代全民所有制,是因为它独具特性。国有制在实际运行中又存在很多自身无法克服的缺陷。要使国企焕发活力,必须从国企自身改革做起。为此,首先要进行新的思想解放,以“三个有利于”为判断标准,探索新路。
The reason, why state - owned system can replace the whole - people - owned systemis that the former possesses unique characteristics. Nevertheless, the state - owned system itselfdoes have many insuperable shortcomings and weak points in operation. In order to revitalize thestate - owned enterprises, we have to renew our concept and research for new ways with the criteriaof 'the three favorablenesses'.
