摘要
提出了一种针对矿井施工的注浆堵水工程方案,从布置注浆孔、选取注浆深度、材料、段高与方式3方面出发治理漏水问题,在施工过程中注意钻孔偏斜与纠正问题,针对岩层裂隙阻力小、吸浆量大等问题采取积极解决措施。提出了注浆堵水新技术,利用ZGS-1型水力膨胀式单管止浆塞、DSC-1型冻结壁声波测厚仪、黏土水泥浆液来提高抗渗性,为矿井施工提供安全、良好的环境。
A scheme for water plugging engineering grouting coal mine construction is proposed, layout of grouting holes, selected from three aspects of material, section grouting depth, high water leakage problems and ways of governance, pay attention to the hole deviation and correct the problem in the process of construction, the formation fracture resistance is small, amount of grout take active measures to solve the problem. We also propose new water grouting technique, the use of type ZGS-1 hydraulic expansion tube stop grouting plug, DSC-1 frozen wall acoustic thickness gauge, clay cement slurry to improve impermeability, for mine construction to provide a safe, good environment.
