摘要 支架组装硐室的设计解决了大型液压支架井下搬家难、慢及井下不易组装的问题,搬家过程中支架基本达到无损坏、无变形,而起吊装置可用于各型液压支架的起吊,不需要每组装一类支架就重新设计硐室的吊装梁,节省了大量的工时和材料的投入,缩短了组装液压支架的时间,提高了工作效率,实现了安全、快速搬家。 The support assembling cavern is designed to solve moving difficult, slow and difficult assembly problems of the large hydraulic supports underground mines. In the process of moving supports, it is basic to achieve no damage and deformation, and the lifting devices can be used for various types of hydraulic supports. It is not necessary to redesign the hoisting beam of the assembling cavern against every type of support. Lots of man-hour and material inputs are saved, the time of assembling hydraulic supports is shortened,the working efficiency is improved, and the safe and fast moving is achieved.
