摘要
煤矿三相异步电机是煤矿安全生产的重要设备。在分析煤矿三相异步电机数学模型的基础上,设计了煤矿三相异步电机桥式驱动电路、IGBT驱动保护电路,并制作IGBT驱动板,进行试验测试。根据实验数据可知:所设计的电路能够按照控制信号规律驱动IGBT通断,具有结构简单、可靠性高及响应速度快等特点。
The three-phase asynchronous motors are critical equipments of safe coal mine production. Based on the analysis of three-phase induction motor mathematical model applied in coal mine industry, three-phase asynchronous motor bridge driver circuit and IGBT driver protection circuit were designed, and IGBT driver board was produced for testing. Experimental data shows that the circuit designed can regularly drive IGBT according to the control signal, which also possesses characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and fast response.
