摘要
为了实现煤矿电力系统的智能化操作,在研究煤矿高压断路器和无刷直流电机的基础上,设计了煤矿高压断路器电机机构控制系统。首先,研究单神经元PID控制算法,在MATLAB仿真软件上,搭建控制系统仿真模型,设置PID控制参数,进行仿真分析;其次,设计控制系统硬件电路,包括三相桥式驱动电路、IGBT驱动保护电路、转子位置检测电路和系统信息检测电路等,并设计相关电路的软件程序。最后,设计实验操作平台,将控制系统与煤矿高压断路器电机机构进行联机实验。实验结果表明,所设计的控制系统能够快速、可靠地驱动高压断路器,完成分、合闸操作。
In order to achieve the intelligent operation of the coal mine power system, the control system of coal mine high-voltage circuit motor mechanism was designed based on the study of coal mine high-voltage circuit breaker and brushless DC motor. Firstly, single neutral PID control algorithm was studied, the simulation model of the control system was established through MATLAB simulation software and PID control parameters were set for simulation analysis. Secondly, the hardware circuit of the system was designed, including motor bridge driver circuit, rotor position detection circuit, IGBT driver protection circuit, system information detect circuit and so on, and software program of the corresponding circuit was designed. Finally, an online experimental platform was designed for control system and high-voltage circuit breakers motor mechanism. The experimental results show that the designed control system can realize the opening and closing operation with rapid response and good stability.
