摘要
将蛇形移动带式输送机总功能分解为4个子功能模块,对各个子功能模块分别进行了结构设计,最后将几个模块组装在一起,进行输送机的总体设计,为验证设计的合理性,对输送机关键承力部件进行了受力分析和强度校核。
The total function of the Snake-like Mobile Belt Conveyor is decomposed into four sub-functional modules, The respectively structural design of the sub-functional modules has been done, The sub-functional modules are assembled together finally, the overall design of the Snake-like Mobile Belt Conveyor has been done. In order to verify the reasonableness of the design, the stress analysis and strength verification of the key parts which were belonging to the Snake-like Mobile Belt Conveyor had been done.
