摘要
烧结配料过程是钢铁冶金技术的一道重要工序,随着钢铁行业竞争的加剧,高炉对烧结矿的品质要求不断提高,配料已成为烧结技术改造的关键环节。针对烧结配料过程所表现出的非线性、大惯性及纯滞后等复杂特性,结合模糊控制的模糊自适应控制能力,设计了烧结配料模糊PID控制系统,仿真结果表明所设计的智能控制系统能获得比传统IPD控制系统更优越的动静态性能。
The sintering burden process is an important process of iron and steel metallurgy technology, as the iron and steel industry increased competition, the quality requirement of increasing the blast furnace to sinter, ingredients has become a key link in the process of sintering technology reform. According to the sintering burden process of nonlinear, large inertia and pure lag and other complex features, combined with fuzzy control ability of fuzzy adaptive control, design the fuzzy PID control system for sintering burden, the simulation results show that the design of the intelligent control system can obtain more superior than conventional IPD control system dynamic and static performance.
