摘要
受水泥窑余热参数波动的影响,水泥余热发电现有的几种除氧方式,除氧效果都不理想。以一条5000t/d水泥熟料生产线配置9MW纯低温余热发电为例,从工程应用的角度,通过理论计算及工程实践经验,详细分析探讨了水泥窑余热发电现常用三种除氧方式的优缺点。在此基础上提出了一种适应现有水泥窑余热发电的新型给水除氧工艺——无专用除氧器的新型综合给水除氧工艺系统。
Affected by fluctuation of the waste heat parameter, the effect of several existing deoxidation methods is not ideal. A 5 000 t/d clinker production line with 9MW low-temperature waste heat power generation as example, from the point of engineering applica- tion, pros and cons of three commonly used deoxidation methods for cement waste heat power generation were discussed and analysed in detail by theoretical calculation and engineering practice. On the basis a new feed deoxidization process new synthesis feedwater deoxidization system with no special deaerator, adapt to existing cement kiln waste heat power generation was advanced.
