实施技术改造 提高余热发电量

Implementation of technical modification to improve waste heat power generation capacity

摘要 山东联合王晁水泥有限公司2500ffd熟料生产线配套的4.5MW纯低温余热发电机组投运以来,吨熟料发电量只有25kWh,平均发电量在2800—3200kwh/h,远低于设计指标(3900kwh/h)。通过改造AQc炉取风位置、处理AsH过热器的积灰堵塞以及篦冷机系统的改造等一系列措施,余热发电量有了很大提高;改造实施后,在同等熟料产量下,小时发电量已提高至3400kWh左右。 Since 4.5 MW low-temperature waste heat power generation unit of Shangdong Allied Wangchao Cement Co.,Ltd. 2 500 t/d clinker production line was put into operation, its capacity was only 25 kwh per ton clinker, and the average generating capacity was at 2 800-3 200 kWh/h, far moer lower than designed index(3 900 kWh/h). By a series of measures as reformation of AQC furnace air loca- tion, ash handling for ASH superheater and alteration of grate cooler system, the waste heat power generation capacity has been greatly improved. After that,at the same clinker output, the hour power generation capacity has been increased to about 30400 kWh.
