企业档案信息的知识管理研究

On Knowledge Management of Enterprise Archives Information

本文从档案信息的特点和知识管理活动分析入手,论述了档案信息纳入知识管理的难点,包括知识表示、获取、组织和利用等方面的难点,并由此提出解决这些难点的技术思路。即采用基于本体的知识表示,采用基于规则的知识获取,采用基于层次的知识组织技术,采用以实例知识重用为主多种利用方式综合运用的知识利用,解决以档案信息为知识源的知识管理难点,从技术上证明开展基于档案信息的知识管理的可行性,从而解决了企业知识管理活动中出现的知识资源和知识内容缺泛、知识内容针对性差、知识获取效率低等问题。

From the analysis of characteristics and knowledge management activities of archives information, this article discusses a few difficulties that if archives information brought into knowledge management. For example, knowledge denotation, acquisition, organization and utilization, and thus it proposes technical solu- tions to settle these difficulties. Particularly, employ ontology-based knowledge denotation, regulation-based knowledge acquisition, multilayer-based knowledge organization, and employ knowledge utilization which case knowledge on the primary and different utilizing ways combined. Therefore resolve knowledge manage- ment difficulty that archives information was considered as knowledge source. Furthermore, it confirms the technical feasibility to process enterprise knowledge management based on archives information, so as to re- solve the problem of knowledge resource and content deficiency, knowledge content with poor points, low efficiency of knowledge acquisition in enterprise management activities.
