摘要
通过考察1998年以来北美戏曲学界明清传奇研究的重要著述及论文,可以发现,在当前文学研究文化转向的大背景下,北美学者依然重视对中国明清传奇经典剧作的重读。他们在文学作品的审美特质研究上立足于文本细读的前提下,利用文化诗学"自我形塑"理论,重点探讨文人剧作家如何在特定的文化历史时期通过传奇创作来表达主体诉求,确立个体身份,完成自我形塑。
