Role Orientation and Path Selection of Social Organization in Railway Transport During the Spring Festival

铁路春运多年来一直是困扰着整个社会和考验着我国运输系统的一个全国性的、周期性的大问题。利用社会组织非政府、非营利、高度自治、志愿性的先天优势来缓解春运难题是一个新的突破口和有效路径。通过明确社会组织在铁路春运中的角色定位,客观分析其有效发挥自身优势和作用所面临的重重困境,并在此基础上探讨这些难题的破解之道,为社会组织塑造强大的内部实力并提供有力的外部保障,使社会组织在铁路春运的作用得到最大限度发挥。

Railway transport during the Spring Festival has been a big nationwide and periodic problem plagued the whole society and tested the transportation system in China. It＇s an effective path and a new breakthrough to ease transport problem during the Spring Festival with the congenital advantage of autonomous, voluntary, non governmental and non profit work of social organizations.By clearly de- fining the roles of social organization in railway transport during the Spring Festival ,objective analysis of the plight of the effective play to their own advantages, we find ways to solve those problems by building a strong internal power and providing external support to make the social organizations maxi- mize their work during the Spring Festival .
