摘要
分析了带式输送机输送带常见的跑偏原因,介绍了目前常用的一些调偏措施及其不足之处,依据输送带跑偏纠偏机理和分析计算,给出一种新型无源液压纠偏装置,对于输送带跑偏问题的解决具有一定的指导意义。
The paper analyzes the common off-tracking reasons for the conveying belt,introduces some current adjus-ting measures and their shortcomings,and provides a new-type passive hydraulic steering device based on the adjusting mechanism and analytical calculation for the off-tracking belt,which can offer certain guidance for solving the belt off-tracking problems.
