基于协同观构建R&D联盟知识协同系统及系统动态效应研究

The Construction of Knowledge Collaboration System in R&D Alliances and Research on the Dynamic Effects Based on the Synergy

应用协同论原理对R&D联盟知识协同系统特性进行研究。根据国内外知识影响因素实证以及企业协同创新研究成果的相关文献分析,构建了R&D联盟知识协同系统包括知识协同主体、知识协同特性和知识协同环境3个子系统。在此基础上,引入协同机制、信任机制和文化机制,建立了R&D联盟的知识协同SD发展模型,运用Vensim Ple软件对系统流图进行了分析。最后对知识协同发展模型中的动态效应进行研究,揭示出不同机制的动态效应作用。

In this paper , we analysis the principle of the R＆D alliances knowledge collaborative system characteristics by using Syn-ergetics . And it analysises relevant literature according to the domestic and foreign knowledge of demonstration of influencing factor of enter-prise synergy innovation research results . The paper constructs the R＆D alliance knowledge collaboration system includes knowledge collab-orative subject , knowledge characteristics and knowledge collaborative environment three systems . Based on this , introducing coordination mechanism , trust mechanism and the cultural mechanism , this paper establishes the R＆D alliance knowledge synergy SD development model , using the Vensim Ple software on system flow diagram . Finally , knowledge of the coordinated development model of dynamic mechanism effect research , reveals the different mechanisms of dynamic effect .
