摘要
文章采用网络层次分析法构建智慧城市评价体系的网络关系图,分析了指标之间的相互影响关系。将网络分析计算模型引入,借助SD软件计算指标权重,用最逼近理想解排序法衡量不同城市之间的智慧程度,为智慧城市的选择和评判提供具有可操作性的合理方法,最后以四川省的4个城市作为实例说明了该方法的正确性。
This paper uses analytic network process to build a network diagram on smart city evaluation system and analyzes the rela-tionship of mutual influence between indexes . Then it introduces the network analysis mode , and calculates the index weight with the SD software , and measures the degree of intelligence between different cities with the most ideal solution approach sort method which provide a reasonable and workable method for the selection and evaluation of the smart city . Finally this article uses four cities in Sichuan Province as an example to illustrate the validity of this method .
