摘要
介绍了传统炼油厂工艺装置间互供料控制流程,分析了传统炼油厂由于受传统设计观念和操作模式的影响,节能设计注重于装置内部挖潜,主要依靠换热流程优化和设备选型措施,因此形成以装置为单位的"能量孤岛"。针对装置间互供料环节能量浪费问题,设计了节能型互供料工艺方案,包括装置互供料工艺原则、工艺流程、开停工方案、正常运行方案。介绍了节能控制、上游装置平稳出料控制、下游装置平稳进料控制等相结合的协调控制方案。
The control flow of feeding among traditional refinery units is introduced, and the influences on traditional refineries from traditional design philosophy and operation mode are discussed. The energy saving control design focuses on finding potential energy saving within each unit, and mainly relies on optimizing heat exchange process and equipment selection, and "energy islet" based on single unit is formed. Aiming to energy wasting during feeding among different units, a process scheme with energy saving is proposed, including process principle, process flow, start-up/shutdown plan and normal operation plan. A detailed coordination control plan is introduced with combination of energy saving control, upstream units steady discharge control and downstream units stable in-charge control.
