摘要
为进一步提升企业节能降耗水平,提高能源利用率,结合天津碱厂的实际情况对能源管理中心的组成架构、建设内容、技术特点、作用效果进行了探讨,对能源管理中心的建设及运行模式提出了建议。该能源管理中心以现有生产执行系统(MES)为基础,综合考虑了生产连续性强、用能单位较多等因素,进行数据点扩充而建立,使其拥有自动化、信息化、数字化为一体的现代化管理体系。
To further improve the level of enterprise energy saving and consumption reducing, and increase energy utilization rate, combining with Tianjin Soda Plant practice, the organization structure, operational content, technology characteristic and efficiency for energy management centre are discussed, and the proposal for construction and operation mode is put forward. The energy management center bases on existing manufacturing execution system (MES) with overall consideration of factors of continuous production and too many energy consumption units to expand data points for construction, making it an integrated modern management system with automization, informatization and digitization.
