摘要
随着管道寿命的增加,管输介质对管壁的腐蚀以及焊缝的缺陷等因素会引起输油管道中小泄漏的发生,此类泄漏总量较小,管道参数的变化不明显或者变化非常缓慢,基于泄漏量大时的管道检测方法无法适用。以中石化管道储运公司潍坊输油处的检漏系统升级为例,采用以太网FTP程序和实时TCP/IP通信并行工作的通信方式,提出了卡尔曼滤波和序贯概率比检验的算法,实现了提高管道泄漏监控系统的实时性和准确性的目的。
With pipeline service life increasing, factors as corrosion of transported medium and defect of welding line will cause transportation pipeline leak, and the leak is small. The change of pipeline parameter is not obvious or very slow, making detection method for large leak not suitable for detecting this kind of small leak. Taking leak monitoring system updating for Weifang Transportation Department of Sinopec Storage and Transportation Group as example, adopting the concurrent working communication mode with ethernet network FTP procedure and real-time TCP/IP communication, the algorithm with Kalman filtering and sequential probability ratio test is proposed. The purpose to improve real-time and accuracy for pipeline leak monitoring system is realized.
