摘要
通过对JR东日本、JR西日本和JR东海在1993年至2007年间的盈利、资产营运、债务、融资、可持续发展等方面的考察分析,文章发现在日本国有铁路民营化进程中,铁路运输企业的经营绩效得到了持续提高,进而讨论分析其原因所在。
This paper attempts to analyze the trend of profits, assets utilization, debt, finance, and corporate sustainable development of the major Japanese railway companies including JR East, JR West, and JR Central from 1993 to 1997. The results show that the operating performance of Japanese railway companies has been continuously improved during the period of privatization.
