摘要
分别用pH为2.0、3.0、4.0、5.6模拟酸雨对小麦幼苗进行急性毒理实验,用紫外分光光度法检测幼苗体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.结果表明:pH在3.0左右时,小麦幼苗的CAT和SOD活性最高;在不同酸度的模拟酸雨的胁迫下,CAT和SOD活性的剂量效应关系曲线为单峰曲线,其峰值可以认为是小麦幼苗对酸雨中毒反应的阈值.结论:不同酸度的模拟酸雨对小麦体幼苗CAT和SOD酶活性有诱导作用.
Using simulated acid rains of pH values at 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.6, acute toxicity experiments were conducted on wheat seedlings to investigate the seedlings catalase spectrophotometry (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity by means of UV detection. The results showed that: CAT and SOD had the highest activity when the pH value was controlled at about 3 in wheat seedlings; under the stress of simulated acid rain with different acidity conditions, the dose-effect relationship curve of cAT and SOD activity takes aunimodal curve, and the peak value can be considered the threshold value of the toxic re- action of wheat seedlings exposed to acid rain. Conclusion: simulated acid rains of different acidity have different CAT and SOD enzyme induction on wheat seedlings.
