摘要
为解决工程造价专业学科教育与实际应用的差异,结合BIM技术和工程造价专业的特点,将BIM技术应用在工程造价专业学科教育中,创立基于BIM的工程造价专业抛锚式教学模式.利用BIM特点,运用其工具软件在课堂呈现真实复杂的建设过程,并利用BIM包含的丰富的信息资源,以BIM为平台构建学习共同体,使得学生围绕真实的建设过程,通过探究、协商、互助进行学习,知识与技能得到很好的迁移,较好地解决了理论与实践脱节的问题.
To resolve differences existing between professional education and practical application of engineering cost ma- jors, based on the characteristics of the Engineering Cost Major, an anchored instruction Model is founded on the basis of BIM. By using the characteristics of BIM, the real and complicated process of construction is displayed in the classroom by taking ad- vantage of its tool softwares, and by using the abundant BIM information resources, BIM is used as a platform to construct learning communities, thus the students could center on the real construction process, through exploration, consultation and mutual help, their knowledge and skills can well be transferred in the practice, which rather successfully rids of the problem of theory going out of practice.
