空巢老人体育生活方式现状调查与发展对策——以苏州姑苏区为例

On the Sports Lifestyle of the Aged Empty Nesters And Its Development Countermeasures——A case study of Gusu District in Suzhou

运用文献资料、问卷调查及数理统计等研究方法,以苏州市姑苏区为例,对空巢老人的基本现状、体育活动参与现状、体育活动的时间和空间现状等进行调查.结果表明:该区空巢老年人参与体育活动主动、积极、意识强,文明健康的体育生活方式正在形成,但参与体育活动科学化需进一步提升.针对存在的问题,从多个方面提出了相应对策,切实关注苏州空巢老人晚年体育生活,促进苏州老人体育全面、和谐发展.

Employing the methods of documentation, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics and so on, an investiga- tion is made into the current situation, status quo of the sports participation, sports time and space of the empty nesters in Suzhou. The results show that the empty nesters have an active participation in sports with a rather strong sports conscious- ness, and a healthy and civilized sports life style is taking shape, yet scientific guidance in this regard needs to be further strengthened. In order to solve the problems found in our study, coping strategies for the development of urban empty nesters are put forth from various perspectives and adequate concern must be given to their sports life and efforts should be stepped up to prompt an all round and harmonious development of their sports life.
