基于熵权灰靶理论的武器系统效能评估

Effectiveness evaluation for weapon systems based on grey target theory using entropy weight

以灰靶理论为基础,对靶心度求解公式加以改进,给出了一种基于信息熵的变权值靶心度计算方法.通过求各比较模式对标准模式的靶心度,并按大小排序,实现对不同武器系统效能优劣的评估,避免了类似专家打分等传统方法的主观性影响因素.应用实例的计算结果表明,改进方法正确、有效,且评估过程更为客观.

A new method of calculating approaching degree is presented based on entropy weight, according to the theory of grey target. The standard mode of these index series is derived, thereby evaluating the effectiveness of weapon systems as can be evaluated by solving the degrees of approach of each mode to the standard one, and the factors of subjectivity are a- voided. The results of an instance indicate that the improved method is valid and more objective.
