一种飞航武器测试性虚拟验证的蒙特卡洛仿真方法

摘要 测试性虚拟验证是测试性验证领域的一个重要发展趋势,介绍了测试性虚拟验证的技术实施方案.针对飞航武器装备测试性验证的需求,开展虚拟试验建模技术研究.通过可靠性数据获取装备故障率大小,生成随机数模拟故障;以故障覆盖率、漏警率、虚警率等参数描述测试设备/方法的特性,并将其与模拟故障一并注入到Monte Carlo数学仿真机中;根据大数定理测试性判据最终计算相应的测试性验证指标数值. Virtual verification is an important trend in the field of testability verification, for which this paper introduces a particular technology scheme. According to requirements of testability verification for equipment, related virtual verification modeling research is carried out. Random numbers comes from data of reliability, to make up data of fault probability. Fault detection, fault isolation and false alarm are key elements used to describe test equipment or method. Thus data is poured into the Monte Carlo mathematic emulation. Finally virtual verification values are calculated through Law of great numbers.
