摘要
通过两个实例分别对元器件应力分析可靠性预计法和采用元器件计数可靠性预计法的应用进行分析研究.此项研究在工程的设计阶段,可以通过对产品可靠性的预计来保证设计满足可靠性要求,预计结果可以作为产品可靠性指标的参考值.
In this paper, the application of two kinds of calculation methods ---the element stress analysis method and the component count method are studied respectively through two examples. The reliability prediction of the products can be used to ensure that the design satisfies the requirement of reliability in engineering design stage. The reliability prediction results are useful to the reference product reliability index.
