摘要
采用普通搅拌分散乳液聚合方法及原位聚合方法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯包覆纳米TiO2。对二者在收率、接枝率及分散程度上进行了比较。发现将乳化剂、纳米材料及单体在一定的配比下,经普通搅拌并进行乳液聚合反应,在不添加偶联剂的情况下可将纳米TiO2粉体材料以纳米数量级分散在乳液聚合产物中。该方法具有操作简单、可进行大规模连续化工业生产的特点。
Making the nano-TiO2-PMMA and nano-TiOz-PMMA-ST composite particles by using the seed emulsion polymerization and in situ polymerization under the normal mixing. Finding the seed emulsion polymerization is better than in situ polymerization on yield, the graft rate and the degree of dispersion. Without the coupling, the nano-TiO2 can be dispersed in the polymer in nano size. It can be used for large- scale continuous production with simple operation.
