星载天线双层薄板连接结构动力学响应试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 双层薄板连接结构是星载天线产品中一种常见的结构形式,工程实践中经常发现其振动响应具有非线性放大的现象,但没有得到较为准确的分析。因此,对双板层连接结构的振动响应进行研究非常必要。结合工程实际,采用双层圆板支撑结构作为简化模型进行有限元仿真和正弦振动试验。通过分析仿真和试验的对比,研究了当底层板厚度、刚度以及支撑形式变化时上层板响应放大倍数的变化,总结了基本规律,发现了线性模型失效的条件,并给出了一种能有效减小结构非线性响应使结构保持近线性的方案。 Double-layer thin-plate connection structure is a common structure of satellite borne antennas. It is often found in engineering that the nonlinear amplification phenomena are occurred in vibration response,but any exact analysis result has not been got. Therefore,it is necessary to research the dynamic response of double-layer thin-plate connection structure. According to the engineering practice,the double-layer circular plate support structure is taken as a simplified model to do the finite ele-ment simulation and sinusoidal vibration experiment. Through the simulation and experiment comparison,the variation of the upper plate response with changes of thickness and rigidity of the bottom plate,and the support form is studied. The basic rule was summarized and the invalid conditions of the linear model were found. An Optimization scheme is proposed to reduce the nonlinear response of the small size structure to make the structure remain near-linear.
