现阶段拆除进口交换机的必要性及实施中关键点研究

Study on necessity of dismantlement of imported switch at present stage and key points during dismantlement

为了加快电信网建设的步伐,节约成本,提高经济效益,本县电信分公司大胆地实施了拆除进口交换机的工程。在此基础上,归纳整理出现阶段县级电信分公司拆除进口交换机的必要性和可行性,并对工程实施过程中几个关键点进行探索,提出了可操作性的实施方案。最后通过实施该工程后所取得的预期效果,验证了所提理论的正确性及有效性。

In order to accelerate the pace of telecommunication network construction,save cost,improve economic efficiency, the county branch company of China Telecom executed the imported switch dismantlemen boldly. On this basis,the necessity and feasibility to dismantle the imported switch by the county level telecommunications branch at present stage are summarized and several key points in the project implementation process are explored in this paper. The workable implementation plan is put forward. Finally,the correctness and validity of the proposed theory were verified by the expected results of the project imple-mentation.
