摘要
21世纪以来,香港为了适应回归之后的社会变化,本着改变自身课程不合理的现状,培养国际新型人才的目的对课程进行了改革。改革涉及的内容主要有课程理念、课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价、课程管理等。香港的课程在一定程度上有了很大的改善,但是其改革也存在着一系列的问题,如急于进行课改的心理使香港的课程改革频繁进行,造成了学生负担过重以及教师压力巨大的后果,在课程改革之前准备不足以及对课改之后出现的问题缺乏相应的应对机制等。香港课程改革的经验启示我们:要设立课程改革咨询机构;增加通识教育课程,扩大学生视野;发挥校长在课程改革中的领导作用;建立多元化与开放性的评价模式等。
In the new century, in order to adapt to social changes after returning, Hong Kong hold the spirit of changing its unreasonable course situation and cultivating international talents to reform the basic education curriculum. The reform involves curriculum idea, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, curriculum management, etc. Hong Kong' s basic education curriculum has been greatly improved by the comprehensive reform to a certain extent. However, there are series of problems, The Education Departments are so eager to reform which makes reform frequently. Students bear heavy burden and teachers feel great pressure . In addition, these reforms are lack of preparations and back coping mechanisms. In view of Hong Kong' s experiences and lessons of curriculum reform, we should establish the advisory bodies of curriculum reform, increase the general education curricula to expand their horizons, give the leading role to school presidents in curriculum reform, establish a diversified and open evaluation mode.
