摘要
上海市普陀区以练习设计的研究作为“减负增效”的突破1:7,组织特级教师、学科带头人对各学科课内外的练习进行优化设计。针对“练习的系统开发”这一主题,深入基地学校,开展一系列的实践和理论研究,在提高作业的解释性、减少不必要的重复练习、避免禁锢学生思维的机械训练等方面,取得了一定的成效。
