2011、2012年威海市城区蝇类监测结果分析

Analysis on the Flies Monitored in Urban Area of Weihai City,2011,2012

目的了解威海市城区蝇类种群构成、密度及季节消长情况，为制定蝇类防制方案提供科学依据。方法在威海市城区的高新技术开发区、环翠区和经济技术开发区各选择1个农贸集市、2处餐饮店外环境、1块绿化带、1个居民区为为监测点，按照GB／T23797—2009（（病媒生物密度监测方法》，于2011年和2012年的3～11月采用捕蝇笼诱捕法捕蝇。结果2011年和2012年的3～11月，合计捕获蝇类1090只，平均蝇密度为4．04只／笼。平均蝇密度，2011年3．75只／笼，2012年为4．30只／笼。蝇密度2年均在10月最高，分别为6．33只／笼和19．13只／笼，2011年5月出现小高峰，密度为5．53只／笼。2年平均蝇密度，农贸市场为2．23只／笼，绿化带为6．33只／笼，餐饮店外环境为3．33只／笼，居民为2．93只／笼。捕获的蝇类分属5科11属14种，其中家蝇占43．49％，中华海花蝇占17．71％，厩腐蝇占16．79％，棕尾别麻蝇占9．9l％，黑尾黑麻蝇占3．49％，丝光绿蝇占1．74％。结论威海市城区蝇密度高峰在10月，家蝇、中华海花蝇、厩腐蝇为优势蝇种。

Objective To understarid the population,density and seasonal fluctuation of flies in urban area of Weihai city, so as to provide scientific basis for developing flies control strategies. Methods According to the GB/T 23797-2009＂the density of vector biological monitoring method ＂,in Weihai city hi-tech development zone, Huancui district, and economic and technological development zone,a farmer＇s market, 2 restaurants outside environment, 1 piece of green belts, for moni- toring stations in a residential area,In 2011 and 2011,July-November,by cage trap method to flies catching Results The total number of flies caught In 2011 and 2011 was 1 090,the average density was 4.03 flies/cage. The average density was 3.75 flies/cage and 4.30 flies/cage of 2011 and 2012. The peak of density appeared in October;with 6.33 flies/cage and 19.13 flies/cage of 2011 and 2012. The small peak of density appeared in May,with 5.53 flies/cage of 2011. The aver- age density of flies in farmers markets, greenwood, hotel, residential area was 2.23 flies/cage, 6.33 flies/cage, 3.33 flies/ cage and 2.93 flies/cage of the two years. A total of 14 species were caught,belonging to 5 families, 11 genera;The domi- nant species are Muaca domestica （43.49 % ）, Fucellia chinensis （17.71% ）, Muaca stabulans （16.79% ）, Boettcherisca per- egrine（9.91%） ,Helicophagalla melanura（3.49%）, Lucilia sericata （1.74%）. Conclusion The peak of density ap- pears in October in urban area of Weihai city, and the dominant species are Muaca domestica, Fucellia chinensis, Muaca stabulans.
