Analysis on Surveillance of Measles Antibody Level in Healthy Population,Weishan County,2013

目的了解云南省巍山县健康人群麻疹免疫状况,为控制和消除麻疹提供依据。方法根据云南省2013年麻疹抗体监测方案,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对巍山县健康人群进行麻疹IgG抗体水平监测,数据采用Excel处理,使用描述性分析。结果检测360人,麻疹IgG抗体阳性率97.78%。男性阳性率高于女性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同乡镇抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论进一步巩固和提高麻疹疫苗接种率和接种质量,控制和消除麻疹。

Objective To understand the measles immunization status among healthy population in Weishan County,Yun- nan province,so as to provide the basis for control and elimination of measles. Methods According to the measles anti- body monitoring program in Yunnan province in 2013, surveillance was conducted on measles antibody level among healthy population in Weishan County through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, using descriptive epidemiological method to analyze the data in Excel. Results A total of 360 were tested,the antibody-positive rate was 97. 78%. That of males was higher than females,without statistical significance（ P 〉0.05）. The difference had no statistical significance in tawnshisis（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The coverage rate and quality of measles vaccination should be further consolidated and improved, so as to control and eliminate measles.
